I saw the doctor Friday. When I said I wanted something other than drugs to solve my problem, she nodded and said, “Drugs are for people who won’t do the work of getting and staying healthy, and sometimes, drugs are the only answer for regaining health and surviving.”
I was struck by “won’t do the work”.
Most of us know the work that has to be done for health—physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual; most of us know there is no drug or substitute for this work; and, most of us do our best to do all of this work.
And, sometimes, we don’t get the results we’re working for, or we get overwhelmed with work, or, we simply are unable to keep the faith that work produces the results we desire; it’s then that we go to the angels and God for help.
Prayer and conversations with the angels can bring miracles as well as the results work is supposed to bring.
By the way, the doctor recommended massage as the way to solve my problem. I’m, also, adding a nice dose of angel and God work.

I keep a Joy Journal. Each night I record my experiences of joy I had during the day. My goal is to have ten such experiences daily. I call them My Daily Joy Experiences and have used these words as the title of this section of my Joy Journal.
In the front of my Joy Journal, I’ve left space to add to my list of joyful experiences. I titled these pages My Joy List.
For example, I enjoy meditative piano, flute and guitar music; this is listed in My Joy List; I make certain that I listen to some of this music during my day so that I can list it as part of my Daily Joy Experiences.
I enjoy the smell of real roses and drinking certain teas so these are on My Joy List, also. I’ve found that as I’ve gotten really serious about having ten experiences of daily joy, my list has grown.
By insisting on daily experiences of joy, I’ve noticed that I am more relaxed and at ease, and I’ve noticed that contact with angels is easier and more frequent. I believe I’ve become more conscious of walking with angels and other life forms that serve the Light (God).
I urge you to begin this practice and take the time to notice its positive effect on your life.

My mom constantly said, “Honey catches more flies than vinegar ever will.” In other words, a sweet tongue brings us wanted results; sarcasm causes love, in all its forms, to turn from us.
Give bitterness, disappointment and frustration to God and the angels to be transformed into all good.
Let your words be the joy that causes light to spread and darkness to fade.
