Hi Everyone,

As much as the mind hates change, there comes this day when we come face-to-face with what’s not working.

We can use all kinds of excuses and do self-blame and punishment to explain the cause: I should have _____; I didn’t _______. The cause doesn’t matter.

Even after pinpointing the exact cause, the fact and truth remains: what we have put much time, thought, money and energy into isn’t producing the result we desire.

Point blank: it’s time to say good-bye to whatever it is we’ve been doing.

Not Easy
Not an easy decision.

We keep remembering Thomas Edison, the American inventor, and his thousands of attempts to invent a certain kind of light bulb before he actually brought forth what he wanted.

It’s true; sometimes we should simply keep on keeping on, and sometimes not. For some of us, it’s time to let go, face facts and move on.

For example, it’s time to move on if the promised raise doesn’t show up, or the bully boss continues to be exactly that, or the verbal abuse from a “friend” continues, or the product that has taken heart and soul still isn’t selling after months and months of effort, or, we believed what some sales person said about having an online business or rental property or whatever the scam-of-the-moment is, purchased it and have discovered that it isn’t quick, easy money.

First Step
The first step in leaving is not a physical move. The first step is to go to the angels and ask for help in letting go and in designing what will take the place of what we’re letting go.

Remember the Law of the Vacuum. If we don’t select and have ready what is going into the space we’re emptying, the same thing will re appear and re fill the space.

Angels of All of Us
Angels of all of us,

We are so grateful that you are some piece of our life. We are thankful for the glimpses we get of you and for the daily confirmations of your existence.

We are simply so very relieved that we aren’t alone, that there is someone who cares about us and who willingly offers guidance.

Today, we seek guidance on knowing when to let go of what isn’t bringing us what we desired.

For some of us, what we must let go of is a relationship, for other’s it’s a job, maybe even a career, for some it’s a project or venture into which we have poured much effort, time and money.

All of us who are considering letting go of something are in the process of awakening to the truth of what’s really going on.

We ask for help in understanding what we are observing and how we are feeling. We want to know do we simply need rest, or do we need radical change like a new life.

We asked that the truth of our situations and circumstances be revealed to us.

We asked to be guided to good decision-making.

If it’s time to let go, we ask that we do so with grace and humility.

Most important of all, when and if we let go, we ask for guidance on what to select to fill this space that will bring us our desire. Usually, when we let go of something major like a relationship, it means a new life.

Help us design a life that brings us health, prosperity, love, satisfaction and happiness.  Have us design a life that restores, renews and rejuvenates us. Lead us to the path that is the correct one for us, even if it’s a path we have often rejected before now.

We give continual thanks for your help, support and nurturance.

Thank you, angels of all of us.

And so it is.

Choosing Leadership

Hello Everyone,

What if the solution to the world’s problems is for leaders and followers to exchange roles? That is, followers become leaders; leaders become followers.

Until recently, the strategy was for most of the world’s people to be followers.

This was fine with us followers. We would rather do what we do than be burdened with all the tasks leaders must do.

However, many followers are looking down the road to the place where current leaders are taking us and saying, “Ahha. I don’t think so.”

 The Follower’s Job

We did our job as followers: we carefully selected the leaders who seemed to know what to do to bring us the elements of life we prefer. We gave them the support they demanded, and then went on our way hoping that somehow, someway we would get what we wanted.

This strategy isn’t working. Most followers aren’t getting their preferences and requirements.

What if we did something new? What if today’s followers became leaders?

All of us. Right now.

What if we took whatever leadership roles required to bring forth the newness we desire?

What if we stopped waiting for others to do something, but, instead, we became decision makers about what to do, when and where and how?

Becoming a Leader

Oh, I don’t mean nationally or internationally, but what if in our communities and families instead of playing the role of follower, we adopted the role of leader?

What would our life look like if we made the change?

This is such a new idea for me that I don’t know what to image, but I know a group of people who does: the angels. I’m asking the angels to show us and guide us.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

We are so very grateful that you are part of our life. We are thankful for your guidance, support and protection. We give thanks each time we see a glimpse of you or feel your presence.

Angels, we are simply so very grateful for your being here.

Thank you for the new idea of stepping out of our role as followers and into a role of leadership.

Today, we consider that change.

Until now, we have been content with being a follower. We have done the work of follower with ease. Now, however, we are considering a change.

We are giving serious thought to being a leader, to adopting a leadership role.

Not only do we not know how to do this, we don’t know if this is wise. After all, most humans are followers. Yet, here we are considering a change.

The Trimmings of Leadership

At the moment, we’re not focused on the trimmings of leadership: the money, the attention, the possessions, the relationships; rather we are concerned about the tasks of leadership, about what goes on behind closed doors, about the deal making and about the world view that leaders must have to be effective.

Our real concern is not the name we are called or the role we play, but the results we bring forth. Our main question “Is being a leader the best way to bring forth our preferences?” gets answered.

We are grateful for all the insight you bring to us. We are thankful that we are led to the change that is best for us.

We are grateful that no matter which role we play—follower or leader—your guidance, nurturance and support helps us be the best.

And so it is.

Choose Peace

June 8, 2015

Hi Everyone,

Today, I choose peace. Sounds like a simple, easy choice doesn’t it?

We all know that it’s not.

To choose peace, I am willing to stop remembering and stop focusing on causes of upset and the results of upset:

  • Blame
  • Shame
  • Irritation
  • Anger
  • Fear
  • Depression
  • Illness
  • And, anything that takes my freedom.

Instead, I am willing to  focus on my choice: peace, a peace flows in my mind, in my heart, in my body and flows from those places into:

  • my home,
  • my workplace,
  • my relationships,
  • my travels
  • and all that I be, do and have.

Today, I choose peace and all that peace brings:

  • Health
  • Prosperity
  • Freedom
  • Loving relationships
  • And a deep connection to the spirit world.

Today, I choose peace.

To have that I am willing to receive and accept support from the angels of all of us.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

We are so grateful that you are part of our world, that you surround us and enfold us with your love, peace and protection.

Today, angels, we choose peace. We open our hearts, our minds and our bodies to receive, accept and give peace.

Peace, we breathe it in, and breathe it out. Peace is who we choose to be.

As we live this day, help us to remember that for today, we choose peace.

We remember that peace is who we are, what we are and how we are.

Angels of all of us,

Help us get to the source of our upsets, that which brings us the opposite of peace: anger, irritation, fear, etc.

Help us to heal this source; to send it out of our experience; and out of our memory.

This day, guide us to be, do and have our choice: peace.

With love and gratitude, we thank you for all that you do for us. We thank you for your service.

And so it is.

The Right Move

June 2, 2015

Hi everyone,
My little feral rescue cat, Layla, carried a live snake into the house yesterday. No more open back door!

As I was running out the front door, she dropped the snake at the bottom of the stair. I left the door open.

Turns out, this was the correct thing to do. As I stood out on the street wondering how to get help to get the snake out of my house, the snake crawled to the front door, dropped onto the porch and eventually went into one of my side gardens.

I don’t know if the snake was following my vibration, or simply moving toward light and air, or moving away from a cat with very sharp claws and sharper teeth. Nor do I care.

Right Knowing
I am grateful that it is out of my house, that my cat didn’t harm it, nor did it harm my cat.

I am even more grateful that I somehow knew the right action to take to solve the problem.

This is knowledge that all of us need. This kind of instant right knowing can be put to good use in many situations and circumstances.

So let’s ask the angels for this kind of help.

Angels of All of Us
Angels of all of us,
We are so very grateful that you angels are part of our life, that you don’t live separate from us but mingle with us.

We are thankful that you have an understanding of who we are, what our world is like and what we require.

We give thanks for your messages of hope and encouragement. We are delighted when we see glimpses of you and when we feel your touch.
Angels of all of us,
As you know, we humans often find ourselves in situations where we have mini seconds to make a decision and take action.

When these events happen, we request that you provide the lightening-fast
guidance you’re famous for. We give thanks that we are quickly guided to the right decision.

It’s at these times, that we go on auto-pilot and do what comes to us to do.

We give thanks that from this point on, you will intervene and direct us to do what is the highest and best for all involved in any situation.

Thank you, angels of all of us.

And so it is.
