Hi Everyone,

As you know, a couple of weeks ago, I walked into the unknown and guess what? Two opportunities have come forth!

And, no kidding, I freaked out. Opportunities coming so soon!!? I was expecting to wonder in the wilderness for quite some time. Instead, the wilderness is quickly being shaped into something wonderful. A perfect and much needed surprise.

However, perhaps I did the shaping before I stepped into the unknown.

Recall that all humans were given the ability to bring forth whatever they image or imagine. I have spent time deciding what to image and then doing so.

If you want to leave the known and go into the unknown, spend time imaging what you prefer finding and, of course, we always include the angels.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

We rejoice that we know that you surround us, that you are in our environment, and, that we are never, ever without your presence.

We express gratitude for the messages you bring; for the support you give; and, for the guidance you provide.

It’s a little scary to ask this, but, we trust you. We ask for the courage to step into the unknown, and once there, we ask for the ability to recognize the changes and opportunities that come forth.

We are willing to take this journey; we are willing to dive into the open field of newness and possibility. We are willing to have the courage to determine our preferences, and then to image them.

We are willing to experience joy for each experience we have. We give thanks for all of life.

And so it is.

Going into the Unknown

Oct 12, 2015

Hi Everyone,

It’s Columbus Day here in the US of A. This is the day Christopher Columbus is given the credit for discovering the new world. This is the day that causes me to think of all those people, like Columbus,  who have ventured into the unknown and the obstacles they faced.

Some of these ventures resulted in the polio vaccine, some resulted in a walk on the moon, some resulted in the finding of a new land called America and some simply paved the way for someone else to continue the venture.

There comes a time in everyone’s life when a venture into the unknown is required; not the kind that leads to awesome world-needed discoveries; more like the kind leads to a better personal life.

I’m taking the first step into my unknown today; and, I know I need the help of the angels. There’s no way I can manage this on my own.

Angels of All of Us

Mother/Father God and Angels of All of Us,

We give thanks that we know you exist. Many in the world do not know.

We are grateful that we know you will never abandon, forsake, punish or deny us. We are not on the outside of Heaven looking in, we are in Heaven right here and right now. We have our being, our doing, our breathing and our moving in Heaven, the energy field of Mother/Father God.

We rejoice and give thanks for all you do for us, for every idea, information, energy, support and protection provided by you.

Today, I take my first step into the unknown. I do so recognizing that this must be done. I know that already, at this very moment, the forces of Heaven are surrounding me, supplying me with all that is required for this journey.

I give thanks and many, many sighs of gratitude. I know beyond the merest shadow of a doubt that I am well-supplied; I want for nothing.

I know from my work as intuitive painter of Soul Colors Painted that letting go brings the new and the better so I turn from my known and firmly take my first steps into the unknown. My expectation for great results to come forth is high.

I take these first steps slowly, very slowly. As I walk, I quietly make a detailed picture of what I want to appear as a result of this venture into the unknown.

I know exactly what I want to become known. Least I forget, I write this down, and I state my willingness to become aware of better, more satisfying results.

This venture may not be easy or quick; such journeys seldom are. I go forth knowing that all is well and will continue to be so.

I give thanks that I am surrounded and uplifted by the angels of all of us and by the loving kindness of Mother/Father God.

And so it is.

Healing anger

Oct. 1, 2015

Hi Everyone,
I am amazed at how much stuff one little infection brings up to be healed!

I teach bringing the invisible into the visible by using intuitive painting as a self-help healing tool. Once something is seen and is brought into the light, what it is and its impact changes.

So, naturally, as a practitioner of what I teach, I painted the rib nerve infection that I told you about in last blog (

As a result, all kinds of stuff is showing up to be healed. Wow!

The Painting
See the painting here: Find it under blog posts on the left, Painting Infection, Sept. 28, 2015.

It is an amazing painting. The web photo doesn’t fully reveal its magnificence.

The painting forces me to see the beauty of the infection, and I’m, also, forced to see how very irritated, annoyed and angry I am.

And, I see how much of this is a repeat: the same type of event triggers the same type of emotion. I can no longer dismiss or stuff or cover over this chain reaction.

So. What is to be done? What strategies, in addition to those identified in last week’s blog, can be employed?

There is this thought: change the irritation or anger or annoyance by simply choosing to stop being irritated, angry or annoyed. In other words, to simply accept the person and whatever it is they’re doing. As we all know, easier said than done.

I’m certain that I cannot do this at this time.

However, I can stop choosing to call myself bad for being irritated; I can stop judging anger and annoyance as lower-self behaviors; and, I can focus on the opposites of these emotions.

For example, the opposite of anger is passion, of irritation is letting go, and of annoyance is delight.

So when I get angry I could ask, “What am I passionate about?”; when I feel irritated, I could ask, “What do I need to examine and perhaps let go of?”; and when I feel annoyed, I could ask, “What about this can be changed to something enjoyable and perhaps even fun? What is the humor in this situation?”

None of this is easy or simple. So, of course, we go to our angels for help, guidance and support.

Angels of all of us
Angels of all of us,

We recognize that you exist, that you are messengers from God and supporters, nurturers and protectors of all of us.

Today, we are reminded of the stories of how great numbers of you gathered on the hilltops and surrounded human armies intent on doing harm. We pull in strength and courage from those stories.

Our response is to lift our eyes from the situation and find you and your help and guidance.

Just knowing that your wings surround us is enough to cause us to sigh with relief and accept the peace that comes with you.

Today, our concern is how we have allowed the many forms anger takes to negatively affect our bodies, minds and spirits.

We understand that anger is part of us. It is harder for us to accept anger as part of the perfection of who we are and not something to get rid of but to pay attention to.

We judge ourselves as bad for having this emotion instead of celebrating and rejoicing in our passion.

We ask for guidance for dealing with anger and all its manifestations. We ask for the ideas, information, energy and support that will allow us to see anger in a constructive light.

We ask that we be taught how to take anger and its causes into our hearts so that we see and feel it as something positive and uplifting, and, so that our response is one of peace.

We know, beyond the mere shadow of a doubt, that it is possible to bring the anger from our low self into our high self and transform it into something useful and positive.

We give thanks for your help in bringing about this change.
And, so it is.
