Visioning

Dec. 29, 2015

Hi Everyone,

I will be leading a Visioning, this coming Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016 at the Center for Spiritual Living North Georgia in Douglasville, GA.

Services start at 11am.

If you’re in the area, please stop in. This will be a great opportunity to learn the steps of Visioning.

Visioning is a self-help tool that allows us to communicate the future we desire to Mother/Father God and to receive from Mother/Father God the future envisioned for us.

You are perfect just the way you are, and, I love you.

A Christmas Challenge

Dec. 22, 2015

Hi Everyone,
From ancient times to now, this is the season for giving. What can we give that will make a lasting, powerful, fabulous gift to both the giver and the receiver?

A Christmas Challenge. We can give and receive a Christmas Challenge!

The Challenge
This next year, for the entire year, for the joy of it, for the challenge of it, each morning say to yourself:

“I am perfect just the way I am, and, I love me.”

Then, for the entire day, in the privacy of your own mind, say to everyone you meet:

“You are perfect the way you are, and, I love you.”

At the end of each day and at the end of the year, note what happened.

Inform Others
Please keep me as well as others informed. I really want to know what you experience. Either email or use Face Book.

You are perfect just as you are, and, I love you.

The Right Decision

Dec. 16, 2015

Hi Everyone,

How does one know that the decision is the perfect one for right here and now?

I spent the last several days taking the InnerSpeak Practitioner training. I’ve known about this method of accessing the Soul about what’s troubling us for years.

My personal experience as a client of Jean Adrienne, the channel, teacher and coach of InnerSpeak, proved to me multiple times that this method truly does work.

An inner clearing of the issues and events blocking the experience we desire

does occur.

The Unknown

I took the basic training and did little about offering what I knew to all of you, and then, I entered the unknown. Check out that blog here.

I’ve been saying “yes” to everything that shows up. One of the show-ups was the InnerSpeak Practitioner training.

Confirmation

I acted on faith, but I knew I made the right decision about taking the training because everything flowed including the money to pay for travel, cat sitter, boarding the one cat that has too much energy for his own good and the training itself.

Even though I use a GPS, I got lost several times; always a kind, friendly soul showed up to point the way.

I was concerned about the training and my ability to understand, and, then do the work. I have complete confidence in me and my ability to help others using the InnerSpeak method.

The Answer

You know you’ve made the perfect decision for right here and now when everything flows, when there is joy and satisfaction, and when doubts disappear.

And, of course, when we speak with the angels and experience their support.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

We are so very grateful that you and Mother/Father God have made your existence known to us.

We give thanks that you easily bring messages and answers to us. We are thankful that we share this life experience with you.

We humans are constantly in a decision-making mode. Most of the time the decisions are normal ones like what are we going to wear or eat, but, sometimes they are the life-changing ones like deciding to go into the unknown by changing careers or moving.

We seek your guidance in all things, especially when we are thinking about bringing newness into our life experience.

We are grateful for the ideas, information and people you place in our environments. We are thankful for all support and guidance. We cherish your nurturance and protection.

As we decide to leave what is and bring newness into our experience, we are alert to your guidance. We watch for the signs that tell us we are on the correct path for right here and right now.

As we let doubt go, confidence grows. We continue to newness with joy and peace.

And so it is.

Peace,

Barbara

Choose

Dec. 7, 2015

Hi Everyone,

What are the steps to getting what we want?

Those steps are:

Step 1:  Choose

Step 2:  Speak

Step 3:   Act

From the Field of Infinite Possibilities, we decide what we want. Once we make our choice, we describe it in great detail (Law of Mental Equivalence).

We state our intention to have this thing out loud.   It doesn’t have to a shout or even to people. I’ve had my best results when I’ve simply stood and whispered to the Universe my desire.

Then, we take action. The Universe rarely hands us a finished product. It does hand us the raw materials of ideas, information, energy and support. It’s up to us to use the mold of our mental picture and the raw materials given to form into reality our choice.

Of these three steps, the hardest is Step 1: Choose.

Choosing
I give thanks daily for being born into a family, a community and a country that places few spoken, written or legal limitations on its citizens. However, there are the limits placed by tradition and family/cultural/social expectations.

For example, when I choose to get a college education instead of getting married, I was going against family and cultural norms. How I knew this was the right selection was all the support that continually showed up.

For example, getting a job that paid enough to pay first semester tuition and  getting a work-study job that paid enough to buy the gas for the family car I used to get to the college, having a dependable car to use, being able to stay at home so that I didn’t have to come up with housing and food costs, etc.

Many of us are at the point of choosing, but, there is no support for our choice yet because we haven’t made the selection; so, how do we know which to pick?

We go to the angels and ask.

Angels of All of Us,
We give thanks that we absolutely know that you and Mother/Father God exist. We need no proof; we know.

We give thanks that we know that we live in the overflow of all good. A major piece of that overflow is the field of all possibilities, the place where we find ourselves when it’s decision time.

We give thanks that there are no limits except the one’s we place on our self.

As we examine all the possible choices we can make, we ask that you nudge us toward the selections most suited for who we are really.

We give thanks for the valuable service given us by nay-sayers. Sometimes nay-sayers, the ones who always have reasons for not doing a thing, are the bringers of ideas. Their words make us aware of the possible side-effects, the unintended consequences, of a possibility.

We add their information to that received from you angels, and we give thanks. We have considered all factors and can now make our choice in peace.

Thank you for reminding us that our choice isn’t written in stone; we can choose and choose again as often as we so desire. Therefore, fear and doubt no longer plague us. We simply recognize them as part of our world and our beingness but not our rulers, or even our persuaders.

We give thanks that we live in a world that allows choice.

And so it is.
Peace,

Barbara

Perfection, the enemy

Dec. 2, 2015

Hi Everyone,
Good Heavens! Perfection, an enemy? How can that be?

I have a note near my desk that says: “My best is never going to be perfect, and that’s okay with me. I release my drive for perfection. I embrace my drive for mastery.”

Many of us have fantastic ideas, ideas that would really benefit the world if we would release them into the world.

We hold back because the representation of the idea—a book, a tool, a song, a painting, a garden, a system, etc.—isn’t perfect.

The Question
The question isn’t: is the idea and its presentation perfect; the question is: have you mastered the idea and how you are presenting it so that others will understand it?

This can be a difficult question to answer. I write. When I give my writing to the world, I have re written it many times; I usually edit three or four proofs before I allow something to be published not because I’m seeking perfection or even excellence, but because I want to make certain that communication between me and thee is the best it can be.

So that I don’t get bogged down into the impossibility of perfection—after all, none of us is Mother/Father God—I involve the angels of all of us from the very first moment the idea appears.

Angels of All of Us
Angels of all of us,

We are grateful that we know you and that we know Mother/Father God.  It is with great joy that we accept that the world is a friendly, supportive, encouraging place.

It is, also, with joy and thanksgiving that we accept that all of us are constantly nurtured, supported and protected. We live in a field of infinite possibilities and we know it.

We live in the over flow of all good. From this overflow comes everything we need and everything we seek. We hone our craft. We celebrate our creativity. We communicate easily.

We relax in the acceptance of our givingness and of our mastery. We let go of perfection. We rejoice in who we are really, an aspect, a creation of Mother/Father God.

We know that knowing is more powerful than believing. At this moment, we know that we have mastered our ideas and their presentation to our world.

And so it is.

Peace,
Barbara
