How’s the Christmas Challenge coming? Anything fabulous showing up because you’re now in the habit of silently saying to everyone you meet: “You are perfect just the way you are, and I love you.”?
I’ve noticed two things:
- Life seems to flow with less struggle
- And, I’ve become very aware of all my judgmental thinking.
The judgmental thinking has been a big “Wow”.
I stand in total amazement of the mental chatter that constantly goes through my mind that hasn’t a thing to do with acceptance or compassion.
The thing is that even if you don’t voice those judgments, people feel them.
We actually feel now others really think about us; they don’t have to say a word.
People feel it when you are criticizing or failing to understand their view of a situation.
People consult with me when their life is in turmoil. When we meet via telephone for a session with me, you and the angels, we ask to be taken to the source of the difficulty, and we are.
However, as I have dealt with my judgments and criticalness, a new cause or source has appeared.
So, could your judgments of others be the reason your business isn’t getting off the ground, or you’re having career/employment problems, or you’re lonely?
To find out, I’m issuing a new challenge:
For the rest of this year, I offer only acceptance and compassion to all I meet. I immediately send my judgments, my criticisms, my doubts back to the nothingness from whence they came. I stand guard on my tongue, my thoughts and my feelings.
And, of course, there is no way I could even begin to do this without help from the angels.
Angels of All of Us
Angels of all of us,
Thank you for causing us to see a possible cause of our suffering. Wow! What a revelation!
The cause is us.
So, as of right here and right now, we pledge to offer only acceptance and compassion to all we meet. We know that you stand with us and will guide us as we learn how to do this.
And, we know that you will first teach us to accept ourselves and to give ourselves compassion.
We are open to doing this. We are open to being an accepting, welcoming, compassionate people.
Thank you for reminding us that there is a Power for Good in the Universe and all of us can use it to bring good into our own life.
Being accepting and compassionate brings good. It is a use of this Power for Good.
We give thanks that we know this and that you stand with us.
And so it is.
In the spirit of my Christmas Challenge: You are perfect just the way you are, and I love you.
