Think before you speak

March 3, 2019

Hi Everyone,

The most difficult thing in the world is to step back, observe and listen to our self.  This becomes even more difficult when we realize that our mind hears every word we speak and think, sees every thing we see and uses what it hears us thinking, speaking and seeing to give us what we have told us we want.

This is so.

So why do we speak, think and see illness? Not enoughness? Unkindness? Ugliness?

Starting today let us speak, think and see wellness, more than enough of all good, kindness and beauty.

Let us go to the angels and ask for their guidance and support in wellness, enoughness, kindness and beauty being the rule of our life.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

We are grateful that we know about you. We are grateful that we know you guide, protect and support us. We are grateful that we know you always surround us and that we are never alone.

Therefore, we know that starting now we are guided to think, feel, be and do wellness. We eat the food that makes us well. We do the exercise that makes us strong. We are the feelings and the beliefs that allow us to be strong, healthy, beautiful and energetic.

Starting today, we know that we are the most blessed people on the earth. We always have more than enough of all good; maybe not the same as others, but more than enough to experience, see, feel and have more than enough of all good.

We celebrate this. We have gratitude for this. We practice wellness instead of sickness; beauty instead of ugliness; enoughness instead of not enoughness; and, contentment in all things.

And so it is.

Time for a New Covenant

July 25, 2017

Hi Everyone,

Recently, I was asked to write a covenant, an agreement between the members of a community and its leaders.

When I finished, I realized that all of us and most organizations need this kind of agreement.

We need to agree on where we are headed, what we are willing to support, and what we can rely on.

This covenant is one we make with each other.

A new covenant, one written for this time, for this age, will help us join together so that a life overflowing with all good is possible for all.

A covenant will help us stand for what we want. It will guide us to right action.

The Covenant is:

I make this covenant with all the peoples of the planet Earth.  I dwell and have my life on this planet; I am some piece of life on this planet.

This is so for all the peoples of this planet. We all live here, and we are each some part of what takes place here.

There are no barriers or separations between the peoples of this planet. There is no greater than or less than. We are each an active part of this planet, and we are each equal.

Therefore, we, the citizens of this planet, agree to:

·       support all people in being all each was meant to be

·       create an inclusive, loving, thriving, healthy community

·       recognize that each of us has worth and dignity

·       acknowledge that all are needed in order for our community to fulfill its purpose

·       offer our talents, skills and abilities to our community

·       accept that freedom means each is self-governing; each has free will, each has access to the Source that dwells within for guidance; therefore, each chooses which ideas to bring into physical form and which ideas to allow to flow past

We stand with each other to serve the highest and greatest good of all knowing that the Universal Intelligence stands with us.

And so it is.

The Better Intention

Aug. 17. 2015

Hi Everyone,
The call came at 1:30am. I’ve been expecting it. A friend who is 75 is in hospital due to a reaction to medications.

A few weeks ago when this person called to tell me all about his new medications and what they would do for him, he sounded too happy. He kept saying, “I have to go for some tests. In case something happens, I want you prepared.”

It was if he knew he wasn’t going to be with us much longer, and he was relieved and happy about it. He had had enough of this particular life experience and didn’t want to continue.

That times comes for each of us, the time when we have had enough of however we’re living , haven’t the energy or will to make changes and simply decide to leave.

I understand and respect the decision to leave the planet, to pass over, to die. However, there is a more interesting choice: decide to do whatever is necessary to live a long, healthy, happy and satisfying life.

This is, perhaps, a much more difficult decision. It is an intention that can be filled with difficulty and change.

For example, I’ve made the decision to not take medications but, instead, to make lifestyle changes to correct whatever is wrong with my body, mind and spirit.

This hasn’t been easy. What to change isn’t always apparent. Many times, the so-called experts aren’t experts. Certain changes make being with family and friends difficult.

So. I go the angels of all of us. I continuously ask for information and guidance.

Angels of All of Us
Angels of all of us,

I am grateful for your presence in and around my life. I am grateful for your support and nurturance. I give thanks for the ideas, information, people and energy you send my way.

It is my intention to live a long, healthy, happy and satisfying life. I thank you for the ideas and information you send that supports and empowers me to do that.

I am grateful for the people who show up who have a similar intention. I give thanks for my strong inner voice that encourages me to do what brings forth my intention and that alerts me to avoid what will delay or deny my intention.

I am thankful that my life is filled with what promotes happiness and contentment. I am grateful that I am clear about who I am and what I am to accomplish in this life experience; this alone brings peace and ease.

I am grateful that I know that I have an angelic shield about me protecting me from those that would do me harm. I go forth with courage and willingness to do what must be done to be healthy, happy and content with life and my experience in it. I go forth with clarity, ease, willingness and courage.

Thank you angels of all of us. Thank you for your help. Thank you for standing with me. Thank you for letting me feel your presence, see glimpses of you, so that I know that you are indeed in this experience with me.

And so it is.
