Called to Leadership

Nov. 1, 2015
Hi Everyone,
We have three special days of celebration at the end of October and beginning of November.

There is Halloween, October 31. This is the day when the veil separating the dead from the living is thinner than usual.

Today Sunday Nov. 1 is All Saints Day. This is the day Christians celebrate all saints, known and unknown.

Tomorrow, Monday, Nov. 2 is All Souls Day. This is the day Christians honor all who’ve passed over (died).

The Ancestors
Notice that these days are about the ancestors, those who came before us and our acknowledging and thanking them.

We honor them for getting us to where we are today, for leading the way, for making a clear path.

If we are among the living, then we are responsible for getting our people to a new place, for being the leaders, for making a new and clear path. We are the front-runners.

Leadership
Many hide from leadership. They pretend that they don’t hear the call. Who can blame them? It is a very difficult job.

The only way—I don’t care if you answer the call to be a leader, or you continue to pretend you don’t hear—to be a leader is with the help of Mother/Father God , our personal angels and the angels of all of us.

We go to them now.

Angels of All of Us
Angels of All of Us
We are so very grateful that Mother/Father God, our personal angels and the angels of all of us make themselves known to us.

We know that knowing is more powerful than believing; therefore, we know
that the energy of the Divine flows in, as, through and around us. We know that this energy easily restores, recreates, rejuvenates and renews every piece of our beingness.

We feel this healing in our bodies, minds, emotions and souls. We see the results show up in our finances, health, relationships and work.

We celebrate. We rejoice. We enter into the peace that passes all understanding.

We know that we are supported in all that we do. We know we are constantly given the ideas, information and energy to accomplish anything we so choose.

As we state our willingness to do what we are called to do, courage and enlightenment comes. We know exactly what to do, say and be.

Success comes.

We give thanks. We are grateful. We release our knowing into the Mind of Mother/Father God, into the action of Universal Law and into the Field of all Possibilities where the angels stand ready to help in all ways possible.
And so it is.
Peace,
Barbara

Relationship with your Self

March 24, 2014

Hi,

A situation that’s coming more and more into public view is bullying in the workplace.  Most of us have either witnessed, or have experienced a bully boss.  It’s not fun to observe, nor is it fun to encounter.

I’ve just read Odd Girl Out by Rachel Simmons.  I was struck by how often the destructive power of the bully was destroyed when the victim came to value herself and to honor her unique self by growing her own interests and talents.

This has made me rethink the value we are taught to place on relationships with others.

Perhaps it is time that we are taught to value our relationship with our Self above all others except our relationship with the Intelligence that created and organized all there is: God, the Universe, whatever name you’ve chosen to call it.

Each of us was given a unique bundle of talents and abilities.  Each of us is a genius in a certain area, is superior in a certain area and is above average in a certain area.  Each of us has a work category that is ours by divine assignment. It is time we recognized and accepted these truths.

We can each hold our head high and walk with power and confidence because each of us is the cherished beloved of the Creator.  None is less then.

It’s time we stopped wanting to be like someone else or to belong to a group that doesn’t suit our nature.

To do this, we need the help of the angels and all other beings who want the very best for us.

Angels of all of us

Angels of all of us,

Today, each of us lets go of all thoughts of not being worthy, or not being valuable, or not being wanted.

Today, each of us recognizes and accepts that each being is worthy, is valuable and is wanted.

Today, each of us accepts appreciation, gratitude and love.  We accept the honor of being chosen to be who we really are and of being chosen to work with our unique bundle of talents and gifts. We accept the honor of being sought after because we do the work that we do.

Today, I, Barbara, speak the word so that all who are open and receptive to it receive the truth that it reveals.

The truth is that we are wanted and valuable.  The truth is that many seek us out so that they may experience our knowledge, skill and healing powers.

The truth is that we are the beloved of God; therefore, we experience love, support and acceptance.

The truth is we were sent here to this place at this time to do valuable work.

No weapon, not even the weapon of a bully, can harm us.

We are surrounded by the love of God; no bully can penetrate that shield.

Angels of all of us, please remind us of this word.  Let us feel your guidance and comfort as we go about our daily life.

And so it is.

Peace,

Barbara

Syria

September 7, 2013

Hi,

Concerning Syria: it’s time to ask the angels for help: please read aloud–often:

Angels of all of us,

Thus is Rev. Barbara.  I speak for all of us on the planet Earth who desire a planet where all can enjoy health, prosperity, friendship and where all can grow and expand our talents, gifts, skills and contributions to Life.  I speak for all of us who know that love is the answer.

Angels of all of us, we know what happened in one of our nations, the nation of Syria.  We recognize that this is the expression of fear.  We know that our planet is in a birth process.  We are giving birth to something new and the old is scared, is afraid of giving way to the new, is afraid of going to the Light.

Angels of all of us, we know the old way to deal with Syria, the way of punishment, judgment and violence.  We know about non-violence, the way Gandhi and so many others taught.  We, also, know that we have to heal our own personal Syria before the conflict will end.

Therefore, angels of all of us, please identify for each of us,  our personal Syria–the new we are desiring to birth and the way our old is attempting to block this birth.  Please tell us in whatever way we receive clear, understandable communication from you.  Please tell us how to bring peace and ease to this birth.  Please help us to welcome the new and honor the old.

For we know, that when we heal the Self, our world, also, heals.

Thank you, angels of all of us; thank you for helping us.

Peace

Sept. 3, 2013

Hello,

At the moment, most of us are thinking about peace and how much we desire it.  President Richard Nixon said that “peace is greater than the absence of war”; Jesus, the Master Teacher, said that “peace passes all understanding”.  In other words, we humans haven’t the faintest idea what peace is which is why peace conferences continually fail.

However, these gatherings have tremendous value: each brings us a tad closer to knowing peace.

I wonder if we would understand peace more if we stopped wanting life to be easy.  Life isn’t easy.  Many of us have learned to shun those who try to convince us that doing such and such will bring us ease.  Most of us realize that to win anything requires a struggle and, sometimes, we have to do more than struggle: we have to fight.

I wonder if we would know peace if we would admit that fighting is part of our experience instead of denying that it is.  I wonder what would happen if we acknowledged that to reach a goal, struggle was going to happen, and perhaps a fight or two, also.  I wonder if admitting and accepting struggle and fighting as part of what we do as humans would clear enough space for peace to enter and, perhaps, stay long enough for us to recognize, define and accept it.

As of today, I stop condemning my Self when I struggle; I stop thinking I’ve done something wrong when I have to fight for what I want; I remember the butterfly that struggles to leave it’s cocoon and then fights to dry its wings.  I recall that once it gains freedom, it flies with grace and ease.

I speak my word aloud that I struggle and fight with honor for that which is right and true.
