My First Tree Woman Painting

Feb. 6, 2020

Hi Everyone,

One of My Tree Women

Here she is. In all her glory.  My first Tree Woman painting.  Actually, she is my first multi-media painting.

She is woman, firmly rooted, planting her wisdom, singing her song, and as she says in her mid-section: sending a message without saying a word.

When I knew that I had finished–the hardest thing about intuitive, process painting is knowing when to stop–my first reaction was “Oh gosh. How childish this piece is!”

My second reaction was “Wait a minute. This is who I am; teacher of young children; explainer of complex ideas; finder of outside-of-the-box-ideas that actually solve problems; so, of course, she looks young, excited, full of life.”

It was a moment of understanding and enlightenment.

So. Create your own moment.

Get some paper, crayons, pencils, chalks or get a canvas and some paints. Draw a tree. Any kind that comes to you to be drawn.  Once drawn, somewhere on your work will appear a face. Add plenty of colors, shapes and words. Stand back.

Take a long, deep look. Then journal the first word and following words that come to you.

What was revealed to you? What is your moment of understanding and enlightenment?

Savor the words and the feelings. Cherish your work.

Hugs,

Barbara

No. She is not for sale.  I’m finding that I love my paintings too much to sell them; as my house gets more filled–I am furiously protecting the little bit of blank wall space that I have–I might change my mind.

PS PS

One does not need talent or training to do intuitive, process work. The focus is on the process and what is revealed instead of focusing on creating beauty or something that follows all the rules.

Avoidance

Jan. 8,

Hi Everyone,

The activity of this week is one of the most difficult. We are asked to release that which is taking up space but not helping us gain what we say we want.

Sometimes, we hang onto something because we have invested a lot of time, energy and money in whatever it is that’s taking up space. Having to let go of something in which we have invested a great deal can be agonizing. For example, relationships in which we have put a lot of effort or career/work that we spent years preparing for, years earning our dues, yet keep us in our place instead of allowing us to grow and achieve.

So let us ask the angels for help.

Angels of all of us

Angels of all of us,

I know there is the Unified Field, the place where all knowledge and understanding exists; this place that is sometimes called God, sometimes called Spirit, sometimes called Creative Intelligence.

This place where angels dwell and leave to come to us, to help us, support us, guide us, protect us.

I know this field is the Power for Good and that it is all powerful, all knowing, all loving, giving and forgiving, but most of all, it is everywhere present.

I don’t have to go to it for it is already here flowing around me, in me, as me and through me.

I am connected to it and it is connected to me. I have access to all knowledge, all understanding, all power, all love twenty-four seven, all year-long, forever and always.

Therefore,

I open to new awareness. I let go of everything that is still a block to me having a healthy, prosperous, harmonious, contented life.

I open to everything that I am hiding and everything I am avoiding. I face all of them. I let them go. I clear every lie I’ve ever said to me, about me or for me.

I open to see what I don’t want to see, open my ears to hear what I don’t want to hear, open my throat to say what I don’t want to speak.

I open my heart to things I don’t love. I open to where I’m not nice to me.

I let go of anywhere I feel anxious, afraid or weary.

I delete powerlessness, not enoughness, and un-deservingness.

I eliminate all blocks.

I allow my Light to open and expand all parts of me that are blocked.

I allow my Light to open and expand all parts of me where I am avoiding things.

I allow my Light to open and expand all the parts of me that are in denial: denial that a relationship is over, denial that certain actions aren’t producing intended results, denial that certain beliefs need to go, denial that a career/work is at a dead end, denial that change is needed.

I open and expand all parts of me that lie to me at any level.

I allow my Light to open all parts of me that are in darkness.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, prevents any of this.

I have the strength, the courage and the willingness to deal with everything that is exposed. Good comes from facing and knowing the truth. I embrace the truth I’ve been hiding from, avoiding and blocking.

I am grateful for these words. I am grateful for the help of angels. I am grateful for the peace of God.

I release this into the mind of God and the action of Universal Law.

And so it is.

Four Truths of Peace

The Four Truths of  Peace

Sept. 25, 2017

Hi Everyone,

Last week, I admitted that I knew nothing about peace, what it was or how to obtain it. On behave of all of us, I asked to know.

This week, I received an answer. To know peace, we must know—really know—these four truths:

  1. there is nothing to seek; we were given everything at the moment of our creation; we already have what we seek; we already have everything;
  2. everything is within us;
  3. we are all connected to each other, to God, to all life and to all things;
  4. we are all one; we come from the same Source and are made of the same materials.

To know these four—really know these four—is to know everything.

The question becomes: how do we know—really know—these four truths?

We go to the angels and ask.

Angels of All of Us

Angels of all of us,

Thank you for answering our question about peace so promptly. The quickness of the answer is greatly appreciated.

We are willing to know—really know—these Four Truths of Peace.

Please lead us to this knowing. Please guide us to understanding, acceptance, and then, action.

Help us to live in such a way that we demonstrate these Four Truths from moment to moment.

Thank you.

And so it is.
